Bosss Bah Pizza has been in the works for 45 years, and in 2022, it has brought a long awaited dream to a reality. What started as kitchen table conversations several years ago, finally came to fruition. Bosss Bah’s roots date back to when Joe was 15 years old working for a local SSBP shop in Holbrook, Ma. Joe’s dad (Bill) worked at a very popular Randolph Pizza shop in the 1960’s and then worked at a good friend’s restaurant, D’Anns in Holbrook square for many years. While in high school, Joe along with two of his older brothers also worked at D’Anns. Several years later, Joe bought some 10″ bar pizza pans, created his own recipes and has been making Boston South Shore Bar (bah) Style Pizza at home ever since. Joe’s wife and 3 children have been part of this very same process from the beginning, and are instrumental in the launch of the product and the pizza shop. Armed with fully seasoned steel pans and a conventional kitchen oven, along with many tweaks and adjustments over the years, the recipe and finished product is now what many of our family and friends already know and love. We like to call it PERFECTION. We know how much you will love our pizza and are proud to bring it to you. We’re confident that once you’ve tried it, you’ll be back.
