Bosssbah Pizza has been in the works for 45 years. Andrew & Joe have teamed up to bring a long awaited dream to a reality. What started as a kitchen table conversation several years ago, has finally come to fruition due to Andrew’s dream paired with his focus, persistence and diligence. Bosss Bah’s roots date back to when Joe was 15 years old working for a local SSBP shop in the area. Joe’s dad (Bill) worked at a very popular Randolph Pizza shop and then at a good friend of his’ restaurant, D’Anns in Holbrook square for many years. Joe along with two of his older brothers also worked at D’Anns in Holbrook while in high school. Several years later, Joe bought some pans, created his own recipes and has been making Boston South Shore Bar (bah) Style Pizza at home ever since. Andrew, a third generation pizza cook and enthusiast has been part of this very same process since childhood. Armed with fully seasoned steel pans and a conventional kitchen oven, along with many tweaks and adjustments over the years, the recipe and finished product is now what many of our family and friends already know and love. We like to call it PERFECTION. We know how much you will love our pizza and are proud to bring it to you. We’re confident that once you’ve tried it, you’ll be back.
